Qatar has started allowing foreign airlines to return gradually to operations at Hamad International Airport, following a new notice issued by the Qatar Civil Aviation Authority (QCAA).
The authority made the announcement after reviewing the current situation in coordination with national stakeholders. Officials said the review confirmed that conditions are suitable for a safe and controlled restart of services.
According to the QCAA, all incoming and outgoing flights will operate under strict international safety and security standards. It also confirmed that extra precautionary steps will be applied to ensure smooth airport operations.
The authority stressed that protecting passengers, airline crews, and all aviation workers remains its main priority as operations resume in phases.
